- Basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

- To process applications, enrolments, internship placements and paper submissions.
- To reply to your messages and send you information about the programme you asked about.
- To issue certificates and keep records of participation.
- To improve our website, programmes and services.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who need it to deliver our services (for example Cisco Networking Academy for course registration or journal reviewers for paper submissions), with service providers who help us run this website, or where the law requires it.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for academic, certification and legal records.
Applicants under 18
Some of our programmes are open to secondary school students. Where required, we ask for the consent of a parent or guardian before enrolling a person under 18.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To do so, email info@secureailabs.org.

Programmes and certificates
Programme content, schedules, fees and entry requirements may change. Certificates are issued to participants who meet the completion requirements of the relevant programme. Cisco certificates are governed by Cisco's own terms and requirements.
JSCI Journal submissions
Authors are responsible for the originality of their work and for having the right to submit it. All submissions go through our review process and acceptance is not guaranteed. Publication terms, including any fees after the free-publication period, are set out in the JSCI author guidelines.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, logos and design, belongs to SecureAI Labs or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party links
This site links to other websites such as social media and partner organisations. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

What we do
- The site is designed to work on phones, tablets and computers.
- Menus, cards and the event slideshow can be used with a keyboard.
- We use clear headings, readable fonts and strong colour contrast.
- Animations are reduced for visitors whose devices ask for less motion.
- Images carry descriptive text where they convey information.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site, including older pages and third-party content, may not yet meet every accessibility standard. We are improving these over time.
