The Journal of Secure Computing & Intelligence is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by SecureAI Labs in Kigali, Rwanda. It publishes original research and review articles on secure computing, cybersecurity and intelligent systems.

The journal is registered with an ISSN, every article receives a DOI, and articles are indexed in Google Scholar. There is no article publishing charge until December 2026.
